Now, this is disgraceful. The road that leads to Nigeria's port at Apapa in Lagos state is filled with pot holes that they can swallow a trailer. Due to the bad state of the road, motorists are always locked down in terrible traffic that endures for hours. It's a federal road but can't the Lagos state government handle this??? Must everything be done by the Federal Government.
