The royal family always grab the attention of the public whenever they step out and it was not different today as Kate Middleton cut the tape for the Tour de France Yorkshire leg in Leeds, England. Prince William and Prince Harry were also at the event. Kate Middleton looked dashing in her green dress as she cut the tape.
