Amaka Igwe who was an icon in the Nigerian movie industry was buried on Thursday 12 June, 2014 in her marital home in Ndiuche Arondiuzuogu in Imo State . She was known for playing a key role in the careers of actors and actresses such as Genevieve Nnaji, Ramsey Nuah, Kate Henshaw among others . She was a prolific movie director and producer. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
